How do I place a return or exchange?
Please reach out to us directly at email@example.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll provide next steps. Return labels are not provided and the return shipping is subject to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds products due to taste preferences.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and be in new and unused condition. Order numbers must be provided to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
For reasons not covered above and within the 30-day window, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note our products are designed to optimally nourish you — that means there can be a transition period for your system to get used to the higher nutrient content in our products versus many which are minimal in their nutrition value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
If your order does not arrive safely, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to make it right. For orders lost or stolen in transit, we offer store credit or a replacement of the item after a customary waiting period to ensure your package was not temporarily mis-delivered. No refunds will be processed for orders that have confirmed delivery via carrier tracking.
